You are receiving this notice because records indicate that you worked for JS Janitorial Service, Inc. as a janitorial worker at Amazon’s Stoughton and/or Fall River, Massachusetts warehouses between April 1, 2020 and December 1, 2021.
Two former janitorial workers, Karine Baez and Jaquelini da Silveira (“Plaintiffs”) filed a lawsuit against Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (“KBS”), and Majestic Quality Maintenance, Inc. (“MQM”) (collectively the “Defendants”) alleging that they were not paid overtime wages for all hours worked over 40 each week. Defendants deny these allegations and the Court has not made any ruling about who is right. The Parties have entered into a settlement to avoid further disputes and the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
